process
1. application
submit your CV and optional cover letter to introduce yourself and your skills.
2. screening
our team of experts will review your qualifications and experience. for certain positions, you are required to complete an assignment, such as a coding challenge for developers. for other positions, this assessment is done after the first interview or during the trial day (e.g. business development).
3. first interview
in this initial meeting with our talent acquisition team and the hiring manager, we will assess your cultural fit and expertise. we'll discuss your experience and expectations and provide you with a comprehensive overview of enspired, your role, and the team. we encourage you to ask any questions you have - it's essential that you leave this interview feeling fully informed and confident about the next steps.
4. trial day
this is a very important (and very fun!) step in our recruitment process. we invite you to our head office in Vienna, where you'll have the opportunity to get to know us better, and we can see if we would like to work together. the day usually starts with a coffee break to meet and mingle other enspis (this is what we call the people who work at enspired). depending on the position you are interviewing for, you'll then work on a business case or presentation. the day concludes with an in-depth interview with Cornelia, our Chief People Officer.
5. job offer & welcome
if the fit is right, professionally and culturally, we will give you a call to discuss the job offer and possible starting date before sending out all the details in written form. following your acceptance, we will set up your contract and everything you need for a smooth start.
note: for certain senior roles, an extra step is added after the trial day. this is usually a reflection talk with an external coach to focus on critical areas important to enspired, such as leadership style and strategic thinking. this step helps ensure that candidates align with our values and have the qualities needed to drive our mission forward.
